MoveHER Mommathon started as a virtual 5K.

But somewhere along the journey, we realized this was becoming something much deeper than miles, medals, or movement alone.

MoveHER became a reflection of women rebuilding themselves in real time.

Women choosing to move forward through exhaustion. Through heartbreak. Through burnout. Through self-doubt. Through starting over.

This is not about being the fastest.
This is not about perfection.
This is about refusing to give up on yourself.

MoveHER Mommathon is a movement experience for moms and allies committed to becoming the boldest version of themselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Whether you walk, jog, stretch, dance, cycle, skate, or simply commit to moving your body with intention, you belong here.
